How do you turn off the green standby light when the fixture is in blackout mode?
Bring your fixture into Service Mode by pressing and holding the power button until it flashes blue and white rapidly. Then press the dim button (small sun), below the blackout button, on the remote control. To re-enable the green standby mode, place your fixture back into standby mode by pressing the bright button (large sun) above the blackout button.
How do I put a fixture into service mode?
First ensure that the fixture is powered off. Then hold the power button for 5 seconds until the LED(s) flash blue and white rapidly. This places the fixture in service mode that allows you to update firmware, pair devices, etc.
The battery life of my fixture has deteriorated.
The shortened battery life is often the result of the batteries needing to be recalibrated. To recalibrate follow the steps below:
1. Turn the fixture on to full bright using the white LED only, not using any effects, and allow them to completely discharge.
2. Recharge the batteries until the fixture indicates a full charge by flashing green.
3. Unplug the fixture from the power source, wait 15 seconds, then plug the fixture back into the charging source.
4. If all lights are indicating green all batteries are reconditioned. You are finished.
5. If any do not turn green, repeat Steps 3 and 4 until all lights are green.
